Comprising sugar tongs, a tea strainer and a caddy spoon, this tea serving set is decorated with polychrome foliate motifs against a turquoise and cream ground. The utensils were made by Feodor Rückert, a renowned Russian craftsman who specialised in the production of high-quality enamel wares. His work was often retailed by Fabergé although he also sold works independently, directly to clients or through other firms.
