This Russian silver-gilt and shaded cloisonné enamel caddy spoon was made by Feodor Ivanovich Rückert, a renowned Russian craftsman who specialised in the production of enamel wares. Although his work was often retailed by Fabergé, he also sold pieces independently to clients and other firms. Beautifully decorated with scrolling floral motifs against a cream and blue enamel ground, the spoon has a monogrammed bowl.
